What each offer covers
Both offers cover the code of your website itself: your pages, templates, navigation, forms, and images. That is where nearly all accessibility issues live, and we fix them directly at the source.
The ADA Audit + Fix covers up to 12 page templates. A template is a page layout your site reuses: your home page, a service page, a blog post, a contact page. Fixing a template fixes every page built from it, so most small sites fit well inside 12. Content that lives on each page, like image descriptions, link wording, and heading order, is fixed on up to 25 pages. A site with more than that is quoted on a call.
A few things sit outside your code and are quoted separately when they come up: content served by third parties (booking widgets, payment frames, embedded maps and players), documents like PDFs, and captioning or transcribing audio and video. If your site has any of these, we will tell you before work starts, not after.
Compliance Monitoring scans up to 150 pages of your site every week and includes up to 2 hours of code fixes each month for new issues as your content changes. Unused hours do not roll over. That comfortably covers a normal publishing pace, around 10 new or changed pages a month. A redesign, more than 12 page templates, or a large batch of new pages is scoped as its own project.
