What each offer covers
Both offers cover the code of your website itself: your pages, templates, navigation, forms, and images. That is where nearly all accessibility issues live, and we fix them directly at the source.
A few things sit outside your code and are quoted separately when they come up: content served by third parties (booking widgets, payment frames, embedded maps and players), documents like PDFs, and captioning or transcribing audio and video. If your site has any of these, we will tell you before work starts, not after.
Compliance Monitoring covers new issues in your site's code as your content changes at a normal publishing pace. A redesign or a large batch of new pages is scoped as its own project.
